Shipping rates

Below are the shipping rates for all the countries in the world:

 

Destination	First book	Each additional book
Finland	3.00 €	1.00 €
EU Countries	4.50 €	2.50 €
All other countries	5.50 €	4.00 €

For example, if you order one book to the US, the destination is "All other countries", and the shipping rate is 5.50 €. If you order three books to the US, the total shipping cost is 5.50+4+4 = 13.50€
